Callum Brown has been involved in a variety of music performance disciplines since starting the violin aged 4. Druing primary school he started learning piano, and continued both these to the present day. He started his dramatic career as a member of the cast in early school musicals, but by year 10 had moved backstage, helping variously as a member of the tech crew, props, stage assistant and general dogsbody. He also sang in various choirs, and played violin in local youth orchestras as well as an annual fiddle rally.
At the University of Exeter Callum is studying Maths and Physics, but spends an unholy amount of time with around the music department. He is on the folk society committee, sings in a small a-cappella choir and is currently learning organ as a music scholar. Here also he has helped in photographing various performances and ensembles for publicity material, as well as helping front and back of house in a variety of events.
